Build your gift and open the prepared WhatsApp message. You still need to tap Send there. We then confirm availability, the final price and delivery details, and send our UPI ID for direct payment. Opening WhatsApp alone does not place or confirm an order.
Timing depends on the design, quantity and destination. Include your city, postcode and preferred date when you enquire. We’ll confirm the making time, delivery availability and any delivery charge before payment. A requested date is not a delivery guarantee.
Keep them dry and gently remove dust with a soft brush. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to help preserve their colours. Keep pipe-cleaner décor away from candles, diyas, incense and other heat sources.
They’re made to be kept and reused for gifting, Puja arrangements and home décor. Long life is the idea; pipe cleaners are not necessarily biodegradable, and we don’t claim that every material is plastic-free.
